Samantha has a particular focus on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and complex financing. Her earlier experience in litigation provides her with a strong foundation in risk management, dispute resolution, and the commercial realities that businesses face. This enables her to deliver practical, commercially focused advice that helps clients navigate complex transactions and achieve their strategic goals.
Samantha holds a conjoint degree in Law and Arts from the University of Auckland and is fluent in both Mandarin and English. She is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering clear, pragmatic advice tailored to her clients’ long-term objectives.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys exploring new restaurants, hiking New Zealand’s scenic trails, and volunteering in the community
